This allows for effective communication, and I will do my best to accommodate you; otherwise, a reschedule may be necessary. • 🔁 Cancellations/Reschedules: You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or make changes. After that, a 50% fee applies. • 📅 Need a day/time not listed online? Text or DM me your name, number, and preferred time/date. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because services are scheduled back-to-back and often block several hours, I kindly ask that all changes be made with respect to the time reserved.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost (based on the original service price before any discounts). This will be charged to the card on file.
No-Call / No-Show Appointments
Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.
Extended & Luxury Services (2+ Hours)
Services that reserve 2 or more hours require commitment. Failure to cancel within the 24-hour window or failure to arrive will result in the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee.
If appointment confirmation is required and not received, the appointment may be canceled at my discretion.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if cancellation policies are violated.
Repeated reschedules or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
