If you’re running a bit late, please don’t hesitate to CALL OR TEXT me so I can do my best to accommodate you! - If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or are unable to make it to your appointment, I will have to charge half (50%) of the service total on the card you have on file. I truly appreciate your understanding! - You have a 24-hour window to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to make changes after that, I’ll charge half (50%) of the service total, regardless of whether the service was completed. - If you're hoping to book a specific day or time that isn’t available, feel free to TEXT or DM me with your name, number, preferred time, and date, and we can work something out together! Cancellation Policy
50% of the total service cost will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
